Your mission will be to provide support across all stages of the logistics process — from goods receipt through to shipment — ensuring agility, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments, this role is perfect for you! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods; * Perform order picking and verify fiscal documents; * Prepare materials for dispatch and generate identification labels; * Record stock inflows and outflows in the management system; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas; * Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels; * Participate in rotating inventory counts and periodic audits; * Report stock discrepancies to the immediate supervisor; * Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards when handling materials. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a logistics assistant, warehouse clerk, or in similar roles; * Completed or ongoing high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); * Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP) is a plus; * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Organized, attentive, and responsible profile; * Availability for full-time shifts and occasional overtime. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SAP or similar platforms; * Knowledge of cargo transportation regulations; * Understanding of logistics performance indicators (KPIs); * Technical course in Logistics or related fields; * Driver's license category B (car); * Experience in industrial or retail sectors. **About the Company:** InChemica – Specialties Chemical Industry specializes in producing anionic surfactants for the Detergents, Personal Hygiene, and Cosmetics industries.
