We are a young and dynamic team composed of talented individuals, and we are currently recruiting a Sales Assistant (m/f) for our store at Vila do Conde The Style Outlet, to continue building on our success. Main Responsibilities: Providing customer service and personalized customer follow-up, addressing customer needs while meeting the service quality and excellence standards upheld by our brand. Customer follow-up and loyalty management; Supporting daily operational store management, among other duties. The Candidate We Are Seeking: Minimum 3 years of professional experience; Completed secondary education (12th grade), currently enrolled in university studies, or holding a bachelor's degree; Availability to work rotating shifts; Language skills (English is mandatory); Excellent communication skills; Customer-oriented mindset; Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; Good organizational skills, sense of responsibility, commitment, and autonomy; Empathetic and communicative profile; Immediate and full availability.
