Main Responsibilities: Provide personalized customer service and follow-up, addressing individual needs while meeting the quality and excellence standards upheld by our brand. Customer follow-up and loyalty management; Support daily operational management of the store, among other duties. The Candidate We Are Seeking: Minimum 3 years of professional experience; Completed secondary education (12th grade), currently enrolled in university studies, or holding a bachelor’s degree; Availability to work rotating shifts; Language skills (English mandatory); Excellent communication skills; Customer-oriented mindset; Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; Good organizational ability, sense of responsibility, commitment, and autonomy; Empathetic and communicative profile; Immediate and full availability.
