Opportunity to join a solid and well-structured company Serlima Target, the temporary staffing business unit of Grupo Serlima, is recruiting for an industry-leading client an: Plastic Injection Machine Operator (M/F) Main Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, ensuring process quality and efficiency; Ensure proper equipment operation and perform minor adjustments when necessary; Strictly comply with the company's established safety and quality procedures; Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals. Required Profile: Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably operating injection molding machines; Availability to work on bi-weekly rotating shifts (4:00 PM–12:00 AM and 12:00 AM–8:00 AM); Responsibility, dynamism, and ability to work in a team.
