Work in a high-paced environment We are looking for an experienced **Kitchen Assistant**, energetic and capable of working efficiently in high-pressure environments, to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of **rice broths** and other supporting kitchen preparations; * Execution of **frying tasks**, ensuring quality and consistency; * Support during **rush service**, guaranteeing speed and efficiency; * **Filleting and preparation of fish**, according to established standards; * Cleaning and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas; * Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: * Proven experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of fish preparation and basic cutting techniques; * Ability to work under pressure during peak periods; * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit; * Punctuality and regular attendance.
