




Job Summary: EffiWorks is recruiting Appointment Coordination Assistants (M/F) to support experts in the daily management of cases and the logistical organization of expert appraisal meetings. We collaborate with several partners, one of the main ones being **Assistance Expertise Bâtiment**, a well-recognized firm in building expertise with over 20 years of experience. Their team comprises qualified experts across various fields: legal protection, construction, civil engineering and public works (BTP), real estate, and insurance. In response to increased activity at Assistance Expertise Bâtiment, we are recruiting: **Appointment Coordination Assistants (M/F).** Your mission will be to support Expert Assistants in the daily management of cases, working collaboratively with the team. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** This position focuses on managing expert appraisal appointments. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include: * Organizing expert appraisal meetings * Contacting clients and other stakeholders to schedule appointments * Planning expert appraisal dates in coordination with experts * Drafting expert appraisal summonses accurately and meticulously * Ensuring dispatch of summonses (letters, emails) * Conducting necessary follow-ups to confirm receipt of summonses * Ensuring proper logistical organization of expert appraisal meetings * Optimizing experts’ travel routes * Managing logistics (transportation, accommodation, catering) **Required Skills:** * Excellent command of the French language (flawless spelling) * Proficiency with office software * Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills * Rigor and strong organizational sense * Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously **Candidate Profile:** * Administrative vocational qualification (e.g., BTS or DUT) * Prior experience in a similar role or in administrative case management is preferred * Experience in scheduling or appointment management is an advantage **Desired Qualities:** * Methodical and rigorous * Service-oriented and communicative * Organized and autonomous * Strong prioritization skills Working Conditions: * Hybrid position based in **Porto** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 * Gross annual salary: between €15,000 and €15,300 * Meal vouchers: €10.20 per day * Basic health insurance * 13th and 14th month bonuses Joining our company means becoming part of a dynamic, fast-growing organization, with a clearly defined, structured, and essential role in ensuring smooth expert appraisals.
