**This is an open call for participants to join the physical theatre group.** We’ll share with you a technique that focuses on the performer with care and presence, inviting pleasure, building self-acceptance, and working with positive feedback only. If you want to explore your body, creativity, and expression, this is a safe space for that. **No experience needed:** It doesn't matter whether you have experience in physical theatre, theatre, dance, or anything else. The only thing that matters is your full motivation to participate! And remember: you are enough as you are. The group needs you exactly as you are. **Facilitators:** Agita - Works with intuition, feelings, levels of tension, natural body movement, physical theatre, dance, and a personal, never-ending curiosity and admiration of the beauty of people being their authentic selves.
