Culture that values work-life balance **Description:** ---------------- **Your mission:** We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Product and Systems Development team, responsible for ensuring efficient planning, monitoring, and execution of projects—guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budgets, and defined objectives—in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders. **Key responsibilities:** * Independently manage multidisciplinary projects from concept phase through final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements, while maintaining close proximity to customers and internal teams * Planning, monitoring, and control of engineering projects * Coordination of technical teams (internal and external) * Interface with customers and stakeholders * Risk management, deviation handling, and operational decision-making * Ensuring achievement of milestones and deliverables **What’s guaranteed for you:** * Participation in challenging and innovative projects with high impact and value generation for industry * Opportunity for personal and professional development in a stimulating, informal environment that encourages and values new ideas * Employment contract with salary conditions aligned with experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities * Flexible working hours and a culture that values work-life balance * Health insurance and access to a network of partnerships and agreements focused on individual well-being * 22 vacation days plus 5 additional days per year, including your birthday **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) * Proven experience in engineering/product development project management * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar) * Experience in industrial or innovation and development contexts (preferred sectors: automotive, aerospace, aeronautics, metal-mechanical, or related fields) * Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, or equivalents) * Knowledge of product development processes * Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines * Ability to make decisions under uncertainty * Good communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders * Organizational rigor in tracking actions * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving focus * Informal leadership capability (independent of hierarchical authority) * Supplier management experience (preferred) * Fluency in Portuguese and English
