Continuous training and skill development Job Description We are recruiting an Account Manager to join our team in Manhente, Barcelos. Main responsibilities include managing an existing client portfolio, developing and consolidating commercial relationships, and serving as the primary client contact point. The professional will be responsible for overseeing orders from the development stage through production, coordinating with internal teams (knitting, dyeing, and finishing), negotiating deadlines and terms, resolving potential constraints, and ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring mandatory on-site presence. Profile and Qualifications Fluency in English (mandatory requirement); Spanish and French are valued Experience in account management and client follow-up Prior exposure to the textile industry, preferably in knitted fabrics, or strong interest in developing technical expertise in this field Ability to understand the product and effectively coordinate between clients and production Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of textile processes (knitting, dyeing, and finishing) is valued Strong organizational, deadline management, and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel, including trade fairs and regular visits to international clients **Note:** Internal training will be provided to consolidate technical knowledge, especially in the area of knitted fabrics.
