Integration into a growing company focused on innovation **Job Description:** The EXAKTUS \- Oral Rehabilitation Materials, S.A., a company headquartered in Vila Nova de Gaia and specialized in dentistry and medical products, is strengthening its finance team and seeks a **Senior Accountant** to play an active role in the company's accounting management and decision-support activities, ensuring the reliability of financial information and contributing to the optimization of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organization, classification, and recording of accounting documents; * Recording and tracking of supplier and customer invoices; * Bank and current account reconciliations; * Preparation of monthly and annual closings; * Support in preparing financial statements; * Ensuring timely preparation of tax and statutory obligations; * Monitoring of analytical accounting and correct cost allocation; * Supporting external audit processes; * Managing applications for subsidies and incentives, ensuring preparation and organization of required documentation; * Executing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations; * Collaborating in the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes. **Profile:** * Higher education degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related field; * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in accounting roles; * Experience in preparing monthly and annual closings; * Knowledge of analytical accounting; * Experience managing subsidy and incentive applications will be valued; * Experience in financial consolidation; * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience with CEGID–PRIMAVERA ERP software is a plus; * Registration with the Order of Certified Accountants will be valued; * Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Team spirit and ability to work autonomously. **What We Offer:** * Location: V.N.
