Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Multiskilled Technician to perform electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and other maintenance tasks in buildings, working as part of a team and on rotating shifts. Flexible working hours with rotating weekends **Multiskilled Technician** **Working Hours:** * **Shift 1:** 08:00 to 17:00 * **Shift 2:** 15:00 to 00:00 With rotating weekends; during weekends, the schedule will always be from 08:00 to 17:00\. **Responsibilities:** * Minor electrical work * Minor painting tasks * Basic hydraulic maintenance * Routine maintenance of restrooms * Cleaning of technical areas * Basic maintenance of HVAC systems * Door maintenance * Other building maintenance-related tasks. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance roles * Proactivity * Teamwork ability and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Shift allowance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
