Resource Management and Compliance with Safety Regulations ANEXXA, a company specialized in Human Resources Solutions, is recruiting for integration into a prestigious client: **AVAC Construction Manager (m/f) \- Maia** RESPONSIBILITIES Construction project management; Initial preparation and execution management of construction projects; Responsibility for managing, planning, and monitoring construction projects during execution; Hiring and managing on-site resources (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.); Technical and economic performance analysis and reporting of the project to the Production Director; Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, as implemented by the company. PROFILE Civil or Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project management (preferably in AVAC projects); Strong planning and on-site team management skills; Good knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory); Willingness to travel occasionally nationwide. Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
