Continuous training and professional development *GSSP – Global Skill Service Portugal* is recruiting an **HVAC Installer** (M/F) for a prestigious company specializing in the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems—serving both maritime and industrial sectors—in the Viana do Castelo region. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a dynamic and responsible professional with strong on-site work orientation and the ability to execute technical installations accurately, efficiently, and autonomously. This professional will be responsible for assembling and installing HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment is correctly installed, tested, and commissioned, guaranteeing safe and effective operation from first use. **WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?** Reading and interpreting technical drawings (HVAC floor plans and schematics); Installation preparation (marking mounting points and validating equipment locations); Assembly of indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units; Installation of heat pumps, chillers, and fan coil units; Mounting of supports and metal structures; Execution of technical connections: Copper piping (refrigerant lines); Condensate drainage systems; Vacuuming and refrigerant charging (R32, R410A, etc.). Basic electrical connections and control wiring (thermostats and sensors); Final system testing: leak detection, functional verification, and parameter adjustment. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Experience in HVAC system installation (preferred); Ability to read technical drawings; Basic knowledge of electricity; Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Highly competitive salary – Base salary, holiday allowance, Christmas bonus, and meal allowance.
