A leading company in the industrial/services sector seeks to strengthen its team by hiring an **Administrative and Financial Technician** to work in the **Viana do Castelo** region, assuming strategic and operational responsibilities in the administrative and financial area. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monthly accounting closings * Review of general and analytical accounting, and support in preparing reports * Issuing customer invoices and monitoring collections * Recording, verifying, and validating supplier invoices * Controlling and recording team travel expenses * Preparing and submitting information to external/management accounting * Supporting payroll processing and related accounting entries * Liaising with external suppliers in Health & Safety and Quality areas * Supporting compliance with internal standards and procedures (ISO) ### **Required Profile** * Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles * Good level of English (mandatory) * Autonomous, organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills * Residence in Viana do Castelo or neighboring areas. ### **Offer** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. * Integration into a solid industrial group with a strong tradition and focus on innovation * Participation in large-scale projects with international impact.
