At Nailu Water Systems, we are building something special and want motivated individuals to join this journey from the very beginning! **Key Responsibilities:** Operate automatic production machines and support quality control of produced parts. Perform TIG welding processes in accordance with technical specifications. Record production data in internal systems (quantities, times, equipment failure incidents). Assist in cleaning and performing Level 1 maintenance on machines and production areas. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and production line efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Training in TIG welding will be valued. Professional experience in an industrial environment. Ability to interpret technical instructions and comply with safety regulations.
