We are looking for a **Production Director** with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational focus to join a solid and expanding industrial organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities, ensuring quality standards and defined business objectives; * Develop the annual production plan, optimizing available resources and promoting operational efficiency; * Ensure the smooth operation of different production areas, maintaining control over costs, delivery timelines, and quality; * Analyze deviations from plans and promptly implement corrective actions; * Monitor productivity and production management indicators; * Promote continuous improvement through analysis and optimization of processes, tools, and equipment; * Track production department performance, proposing actions and strategies to achieve established targets. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferable); * Knowledge of TIG welding processes in the food industry (an advantage); * Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel; * Good command of English; * Strong leadership and team management abilities; * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented; * High sense of responsibility, ethics, and professional confidentiality; * Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. **What we offer** * A stable project with significant growth potential; * Direct integration into an internationally present company; * A collaborative environment offering autonomy and professional development opportunities; * Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with experience and responsibilities.
