Location: PT Functional Family: Information Systems M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of the Group's Information Systems strategies and policies, enabling the maintenance and evolution of optimized business processes, supporting and enhancing the business with differentiation and innovation, while acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Ensure standardized development of IT artifacts in the development of Digital Twin solutions, by identifying customer needs in conjunction with architectures, platforms, internal products and services and/or existing market products, aiming at maximizing utilization and reducing costs; 3\) Perform specific roles in projects for the establishment of new systems and/or revisions to currently existing ones; 4\) Code, generate test data, and debug programs whenever necessary; 5\) Document new systems according to established standards, maintaining and updating respective documentation whenever necessary; 6\) Promote and contribute to technological projects aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of TopBIM processes; 7\) Identify opportunities for functional optimization of business processes, aiming to maximize productivity and automation, as well as reduce low-value-added activities; 8\) Ensure the construction of a comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date Digital Twin model for buildings, through integration of sources, data, BIM models, and direct coordination with Teams (Design, Operations, and Production), addressing the needs of internal and external stakeholders; 9\) Regularly update knowledge regarding the latest trends and technologies in the Digital Twin field, in order to continuously identify innovation and improvement opportunities. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years * English - Advanced; **Education** ------------ * Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Unreal Engine, C\+\+ and Web Development. **At Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / expertise; * Vision for the Future: growth, development, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
