The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor and retail relationships, and building our brand presence in the European market. **Key Responsibilities**: * Develop and execute sales strategies for the European market aligned with company goals * Identify, onboard, and manage bicycle distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners * Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, or retailers * Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking * Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners * Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis * Attend trade fairs, cycling expos, and industry events to promote the brand * Ensure compliance with EU regulations related to product standards and import * Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and submit regular reports * Collaborate with the India\-based production and logistics teams for timely deliveries * Provide product feedback and market insights to the R\&D team **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field * Minimum 2–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods industry * Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self\-driven and able to work independently * Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus * Willingness to travel across Europe Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 1,000\.00€ \- 2,000\.00€ per month
