The product ecosystem includes solutions for fleet operations, training, compliance, voyage planning, and performance optimization — helping organizations manage complex processes from ship to shore. The mission of the project is to support a safer and more sustainable future by enabling data\-driven decision\-making and contributing to the transition toward more efficient and environmentally responsible operations. ### **IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL** * Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs * Lead architectural decisions and define best practices * Build and maintain microservices\-based systems * Work with REST and GraphQL APIs * Implement secure authentication and authorization (AuthN/AuthZ) * Integrate messaging systems and asynchronous processing * Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy ### **IF YOU HAVE** * 8\+ years of experience in software development * Strong expertise in Python * Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs * Strong knowledge of microservices architecture * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases * Hands\-on experience with Azure (AWS is a plus) * Strong understanding of system design and architecture ### **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience with event\-driven systems * Knowledge of security best practices * Experience in high\-load systems ### **AS AN OPINOV8R, YOU WILL HAVE** * **Digital\-First Approach:** Great talent knows no borders!
