




Job Summary: Data analyst focused on interpreting and analyzing customer data to optimize management decisions and company performance. Key Highlights: 1. JOB PURPOSE Interpret and analyze internal and external customer data to facilitate and optimize management decision-making and company performance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and development of strategies through recurrent manipulation and analysis of large volumes of data, based on structured and normalized datasets. * Application of analytical models and analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies, identify improvement opportunities, define action plans, and present recommendations to the management team for subsequent adjustment and implementation. * Analysis of cross-functional business data and variables, including portfolio performance, leverage effectiveness, customer behavior forecasting, portfolio re-evaluation, customer profitability, productivity, judicial management, among others. * Preparation of reports, analyses, and proposals directed to the management team and other organizational areas. * Compliance with environmental best practices in the office context.
