We are seeking a **Senior AI Flows Developer** to join our team in **Lisbon**, on a hybrid basis. **Responsibilities:** * Development of conversational flows and AI-based solutions; * Integration of LLMs and advanced prompting techniques; * Backend development in C\#, Python or JavaScript; * Integration and consumption of REST APIs; * Working with formats and protocols such as JSON, XML and gRPC; * Writing clean, scalable and maintainable code; * Reviewing and refactoring new and existing code; * Writing unit tests; * Monitoring, alerting and technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Up to 10 years of relevant experience; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field; * Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; * Experience with LLMs, prompting and AI-driven solutions; * Experience developing conversational flows, including low-code; * Experience integrating with APIs; * English proficiency required; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; * Experience in contact center environments (preferred); * Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS (preferred); * Agile methodologies, Jira and Confluence (preferred); * Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR (preferred). **Work arrangement:** * Hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite **We offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 days of tolerance per year; * Health insurance.
