We are seeking a **Scrum Master** to join our company on one of our projects in the **energy sector**, located in **Lisbon**. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional teams. * Identify, track, and promote resolution of impediments. * Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and continuous process improvement. * Track improvement actions based on team metrics and indicators. * Configure and analyze simple reports and indicators. * Identify relationships between Agile practices and their impact on team efficiency. * Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring appropriate follow-up. * Contribute to increased predictability, quality, and delivery efficiency. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager. * Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM). * Experience facilitating Agile teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive profile with initiative and results orientation. * Solid technical knowledge enabling effective interaction with development teams. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (3 days per week in the office). **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
