Specific duties description: support the various services of the Social Development and Modernization Unit (UDSM) through collaboration in managing projects assigned to this unit, notably by developing, promoting, disseminating, and informing about related initiatives, as well as by preparing and processing applications to funding programs; collaborate in managing the CIM-RC’s internal and external training, notably by identifying internal training needs and those of associated municipalities (conducting training needs assessments and planning training activities); organize and structure scheduled training actions regarding trainers, methodologies, and logistics; monitor training activities, actively contributing to their success, and track their progress, demonstrating results through reports and proposing improvements and dissemination of outcomes (e.g., supporting newsletter production, liaising with press advisory services, or assisting in organizing outreach events—including drafting news items and proposing social media publications); ensure financial balance of projects under UDSM’s responsibility by controlling associated expenditures, ensuring timely submission of payment requests, responding to clarifications, and complying with legal requirements and regulations.
