Job Summary: We are seeking a Team Supervisor to lead and coordinate the Assembly Section, ensuring production, quality, and continuous improvement of processes in an industrial environment. Fucoli\-Somepal, S.A., an industrial company with over 80 years of history and national and international presence, is recruiting a **Team Supervisor for the Assembly Section** for its factory in Pampilhosa, Mealhada. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, coordinate, and supervise the **Assembly Section** team; * Organize daily work and assign tasks according to the production plan; * Ensure achievement of production targets, deadlines, and established priorities; * Monitor assembly operations, ensuring compliance with work instructions and quality requirements; * Identify operational issues, support their resolution, and report deviations to management; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards; * Promote operational discipline, best practices, and continuous process improvement. **Required Profile:** * Proven experience in **team leadership, supervision, or coordination** in an industrial environment, preferably in assembly areas; * Technical or higher education degree in industrial, mechanical, production, or related fields; * Experience in metalworking, industrial assembly, or mechanical components will be valued; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions will be valued; * Capacity to lead people, manage priorities, and solve problems on the shop floor; * Responsible, organized, firm, and results-oriented profile; * Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
