Autonomy and problem-solving orientation **Mission** Ensure that our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure remain fully functional, safe, and well-maintained by carrying out maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks with strong initiative and a practical approach. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our facilities; * Carry out carpentry, metalwork, and minor construction repairs whenever necessary; * Intervene in structures, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure their functionality and safety; * Independently and efficiently identify and resolve faults or repair needs; * Support minor space renovations and improvements; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and good condition of technical areas, tools, and equipment; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures during task execution; * Report intervention requirements and propose improvements whenever identified. **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum compulsory education level; * Experience in general maintenance, civil construction, or similar fields; * Experience in carpentry, metalwork, civil repairs, or minor construction works; * Knowledge of electricity and/or plumbing is an advantage; * Practical, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Ability to safely use manual and electric tools; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; * Team spirit and willingness to support various types of interventions; * Driving license (preferred). **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunity to make a real impact * A competitive salary package, adjusted to proven experience level * Meal allowance and health insurance for employees * Transportation service (shuttle) to offices in Leiria, Caldas da Rainha, and Ponte de Sor * Bonus according to company policy * Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) If you are ready to embrace this opportunity, send\-us your application
