Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure quality management and control systems at TCC – Comércio Internacional, Lda., a company specializing in injection molds. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth within an innovative organization At TCC – Comércio Internacional, Lda., a company founded in 1993 and specialized in the design, manufacturing, and quality control of injection molds for the plastics industry, we seek to strengthen our team with a Quality Manager to ensure organizational quality management and control systems. Main Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System; Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and internal procedures; Plan and oversee internal and external audits; Monitor quality indicators and promote continuous improvement actions; Ensure document control related to the quality system; Handle non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness; Support various departments in process improvement and in consolidating a quality-oriented culture. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or a related field; Experience in quality management roles within an industrial environment; Solid knowledge of quality management systems and the ISO 9001 standard; Analytical ability, organizational skills, and orientation toward continuous improvement; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor; Experience in the mold-making, metalworking, or manufacturing industry is highly valued.
