We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with strong communication skills, who enjoys teamwork and supporting the agency’s commercial and administrative operations. Main Responsibilities In-person and telephone client reception; Calendar management and support to the sales team; Document handling and organization; Administrative support related to real estate activities; Mail management and archiving; Data entry and updates on internal platforms; Operational coordination support for the agency. Required Profile Minimum of 12th-grade education; Administrative experience (preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong organizational and priority-management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and autonomy; Residence in the Leiria area or nearby.
