Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to work in the plastics sector, operating extrusion and injection machines, performing maintenance and quality control, and supporting the team. You will operate extrusion and injection machines, ensure equipment maintenance and product quality, and support the team on production lines. Your responsibilities - Operate extrusion and injection machines; - Perform machine cleaning and maintenance; - Support plastic production lines; - Inspect product quality. Requirements - Basic education (3rd cycle – 9th grade); - Knowledge of injection and/or extrusion machines; - Good Portuguese communication skills, both written and spoken; - Availability to work rotating shifts (08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, 00:00–08:00), including nights; - Valid driver's license; - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work effectively in a team; - Adaptability to repetitive tasks and high-stress environments; - Basic computer literacy.
