**Our mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:**

**Profile and requirements:**
* Academic background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or similar \- mandatory).
* Professional experience (Junior to Intermediate) with a focus on hardware/software troubleshooting or product validation.
* Solid knowledge in programming languages such as C/C\+\+ and Python for debugging and analyzing firmware behavior.
* Ability to interpret complex schematics and layouts using EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
* Familiarity with fabrication methods like PCB manufacturing and soldering to identify hardware root causes in the field.
* Excellent technical writing skills to translate complex engineering fixes into clear, actionable documentation for support teams.
* Advanced knowledge in Portuguese (C1\) and English (B2\).
* Strong Analytical \& Communication skills: You must be able to bridge the gap between customer reality and developer technicality.
* Problem Solver \& Resilient: You thrive when things break and won't stop until the root cause is found and documented.
* Team player with the ability to navigate a dual\-reporting environment (Support \& Engineering).
