Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Management Control Technician to participate in building an ambitious project, monitoring business evolution and making informed decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Support management in controlling and verifying the production area. 2. Monitor deviations and risks in the production area. 3. Support the preparation of management information and reporting to senior management. We are looking for a Planning and Management Control (PMC) Technician to join our team and contribute to an ambitious project focused on competitiveness, with the PMC playing a fundamental role in monitoring business evolution against the company’s strategy, enabling timely and informed management decisions. Main Responsibilities: * Support management in controlling and verifying the production area; * Monitor deviations and risks in the production area and support departments in mitigating them; * Support the preparation of management information and reporting on activities and results to senior management; * Monitor and control the complaint management process. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Management or related fields; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (preferred); * Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (preferred); * Willingness to travel to Group factories.
