Ability to detect simple mechanical problems **Agricultural Tractor Driver (m/f)** Location: Almeirim Sector: Agriculture Employment Type: Full-time **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced professional in the operation and driving of agricultural tractors, responsible for carrying out field tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently, ensuring proper equipment functionality and adherence to production team-defined work plans. **Responsibilities** Driving and operating agricultural tractors and their associated equipment. Performing soil tillage, harrowing, internal transport, land preparation, and other mechanized operations. Supporting planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance operations. Daily inspection of tractor condition: fluid levels, tires, lubrication, and overall functionality. Identifying and reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs. Strict compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** Proven experience as an agricultural tractor driver. Practical knowledge of farm implement operation (e.g., harrows, rotary tillers, trailers, etc.). Training or certification for operating agricultural tractors. Certificate of Phytopharmaceutical Product Application, if the role involves supporting spraying or fertigation operations. Ability to detect simple mechanical problems.
