As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's commercial strategy, leading the commercial and sales team, and ensuring sustainable business growth in the energy sector. **Who We Are:** We are a market-leading company in the Iberian market, specializing in energy, energy efficiency, and connectivity, with offices in Benedita and Madrid. Our focus is on delivering products and services that meet our customers' expectations. **Responsibilities:** * Define the commercial strategy and growth objectives of the company, developing new business opportunities; * Lead, motivate, and develop the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture; * Identify and develop strategic partnerships and new business channels; * Negotiate and close high-value and complex commercial agreements; * Manage and grow the customer portfolio, identifying cross\-selling and up\-selling opportunities; * Monitor commercial KPIs and report results and priorities to senior management; * Collaborate with internal teams to develop differentiated value propositions; * Ensure compliance of commercial activities with sector regulations in Portugal. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or related field (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leadership or management roles within the energy sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; * Strategic vision and analytical capability to interpret market trends; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and institutional representation skills; * Resilient, proactive profile with strong sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Availability for regular domestic travel. **Benefits:** * Join a growing company, recognized as a “Leading SME” for 8 consecutive years; * Dynamic team and collaborative environment; * Continuous training and professional development; * Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with the role.
