About the Role We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect with 7+ years of experience specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives. This strategic role focuses on designing secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized solutions that drive business objectives in enterprise environments, including hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios. Requirements * Minimum 7+ years of professional cloud architecture experience with deep GCP expertise. * Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale GCP solutions. * Experience leading cloud migration strategies, hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, and workload optimization. Technical Skills * In-depth knowledge of GCP services across all domains: * Compute: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions * Data & Analytics: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc * Networking: VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud CDN * Storage: Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk, Filestore * Security: IAM, VPC Service Controls, Security Command Center, KMS * Proficiency in architecture following the Google Cloud Well-Architected Framework. * Advanced Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, GCP Deployment Manager. * Expertise in Kubernetes (GKE), including Anthos for hybrid/multi-cloud. * Experience designing disaster recovery, high availability, and multi-region architectures. * Cost optimization strategies including FinOps practices. Strategic Skills * Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures. * Design solutions for enterprise compliance and governance. * Lead technical roadmaps and planning for complex migrations. * Strong stakeholder management and presentation of architectural decisions. Preferred Qualifications * GCP Certifications: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer. * Experience with enterprise integrations (SAP, mainframes, legacy systems). * Knowledge of AI/ML workloads (Vertex AI, AutoML) and analytics pipelines. * Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure) for hybrid scenarios. * SRE practices (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets) and GCP observability.
