Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Kitchen Assistant to support meal preparation, cooking, and organization, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Santa Casa da Misericórdia das Caldas da Rainha is currently recruiting a **Kitchen Assistant** to join its kitchen team. We seek a dynamic, responsible individual who enjoys teamwork, to join an organized and experienced kitchen composed of **two Head Chefs and seven Kitchen Assistants**, in an environment fostering collaboration and mutual support. Main Responsibilities: * Support meal preparation and cooking according to the kitchen team’s instructions; * Prepare side dishes and assist in preparing various dishes; * Plate and distribute meals; * Support cafeteria service; * Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its respective preparation and service areas; * Receive, inspect, unpack, and store food supplies, ensuring proper storage conditions; * Collaborate in complying with current food hygiene and safety regulations.
