We are organized into three areas, each with different responsibilities: * Replenishment \- We ensure product availability for our customers, collaborating with teams from other areas, anticipating stock needs according to sales forecasts and the commercial calendar; * Picking \- We collect, pack, and deliver orders directly to our customers in store, or prepare shipments via transportation services; * Loading and Unloading \- We receive products and replenish them in their respective sales areas, handling pallet jacks and/or forklifts. **Together as a Team** Inspired by our Swedish roots and humanistic vision, IKEA has a unique culture.
