Job Summary: Frutas Patrícia Pilar, S.A. is recruiting Quality Controllers to reinforce the team during the pear and apple campaign, performing fruit quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop skills in the agri-food sector Location: A\-dos\-Cunhados (Torres Vedras) Frutas Patrícia Pilar, S.A. is recruiting Quality Controllers to reinforce the team during the pear and apple campaign. Main Responsibilities: * Perform fruit quality control upon receipt, processing, and packaging; * Verify size, ripeness, and product condition; * Identify and record non-conformities; * Complete quality control sheets and production records; * Ensure product traceability; * Support compliance with quality and food safety standards; * Monitor packaging lines. Required Profile: * Minimum compulsory education level: 12th grade; * Strong sense of responsibility and rigor; * Attention to detail; * Teamwork ability; * Dynamism and adaptability to an industrial environment; * Availability for shift work during the campaign. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions: * Employment contract compliant with applicable legislation; * Application of the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) of the Association of Food Distributors (ADIPA); * Reference professional category: Quality Controller; * Monthly base salary: €1,000 to €1,200; * Meal allowance: €6 per day effectively worked; * Possibility of professional progression based on objective criteria, namely performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table of the applicable CCT; placement within the stated range is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
