Come be Inetum! **Job Description** * Participate in the proper operational functioning of the squad and more particularly integration flux scope by: + Responding with responsiveness to users of perimeter applications needs. + Organizing the necessary training for users’ requests, + Following IT and administrative incidents on user request, + Monitoring the accounting flows of CRAC scop + Administering the evolution of reporting tools + Offering productivity gains, + Guaranteeing the organization of the quality system of the administration and the functional * Improvement of the IS in collaboration with the other Finance and Risk departments and their managers, + Providing the necessary expertise for the project (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.), + Anticipating the consequences of projects on the reporting processes and tools of the perimeter * Knowing the users of the reporting tools, the processes, and the Finance IS in general. **Qualifications** * The position is open to all degrees or higher education in any of computer science or a related IT field * At least 3 years of experience on IT/ Financial project management functions * Mandatory administration experience on relational databases tools **Languages:** * Advanced French \& intermediate English (oral and written) **Skills \& Basic Features** * Strong experience in Business Analyst * Strong understanding of Finance concepts \& processes * Client focused with high customer care. * Strong team interaction capacity * Self\-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities * Autonomous, proactive, rigorous with a high personal commitment * Good capability of managing stress * Good listening and questioning ability **Other details:** * Ability to travel within the Portugal * Ability to travel outside of Portugal * Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances * Hybrid mode (2 days per week at the office – subject to evolution) **Additional Information** Hybrid (50% remote / 50% on\-site)
