Development of technology with impact in the energy sector Join Axians, where innovation grows on trust and autonomy, and every challenge is an opportunity to build impactful technology. **DEVOPS ENGINEER** **What We’re Looking For** We seek an experienced professional to join an energy-sector project, with strong expertise in DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing workflows across the development and operations lifecycle, enhancing team efficiency through adoption of best practices, automation, and technical upskilling. **Your Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities** * Analyze ALM lifecycles and identify process optimization opportunities across analysis, development, and operations phases. * Develop Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripts to automate tasks. * Create reusable components and automation scripts for cross-cutting tasks. * Review pull requests in shared libraries. * Produce technical documentation focused on standardization and team autonomy. * Develop training materials to disseminate best practices, new techniques, and pipeline usage. **Your Key Competencies** * Solid experience in process automation and DevOps practices. * Ability to provide technical leadership and guide teams. * Strong communication skills and influence in driving continuous improvement. * Proficiency in training and upskilling teams on DevOps tools and methodologies. * Analytical capability with focus on process optimization and operational efficiency. **Your Key Qualifications** * Over 15 years of experience in similar roles. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. * Prior experience as a technical leader. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA and Confluence will be valued. * English fluency. * Portuguese and Spanish knowledge will be valued. **What We Offer:** **Stable Professional Career** Working on Axians projects makes you a valuable asset—we aim to offer stability through a secure career path. **Career Progression Opportunities** You’ll have access to training programs and new certifications to further elevate your competencies. 360° evaluations by managers and peers will also support your growth. **Work\-Life Balance** Collaborating with Axians offers flexibility to balance professional demands with family needs—ensuring neither area is neglected. **Competitive and Evolving Compensation** Working with Axians clients provides performance bonuses alongside an attractive salary package (base salary \+ benefits).
