Revest Holy is recruiting a Construction Technician to join the team and oversee construction, renovation, and rehabilitation projects in Greater Porto.
Responsibilities:
Daily site supervision;
Team coordination on site;
Monitoring of work execution and quality;
Planning and organization of tasks;
Material control and logistical support;
Reading and interpretation of project drawings;
Verification of on-site safety conditions;
Direct communication with site management and clients.
Requirements:
Experience in civil construction;
Organizational and leadership skills;
Practical site knowledge;
Ability to read project drawings;
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
Valid driver's license;
Availability to travel within Greater Porto.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in renovations and rehabilitation;
Knowledge of quantity surveying and site preparation;
Problem-solving ability;
Dynamic and proactive profile.
