To continue growing and remain a reference in the sector, we seek new talents to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the implementation of collaborative construction management software across ongoing projects, ensuring proper organization of required documentation/information; * Ensure training and operationalization of the software for various site teams, and monitor and supervise its correct implementation; * Collaborate in on-site quality management regarding selection and control of materials/equipment, verifying compliance of such materials/equipment with the project specifications, ensuring adherence to tender requirements and applicable legal construction regulations. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Interest in performing duties within a construction site context; * Strong computer skills; * Knowledge of PROCORE or ACC DOCS/BUILD software will be valued; * Proficiency in English (preferred); * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Leadership ability and teamwork skills; * Responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Rigor and reliability; * Willingness to travel nationwide.
