Job Summary: Retail Concept SA is seeking a Civil Construction Quantity Surveyor (M/F) for its Budgeting Department, responsible for project measurement, work quantification, and support in preparing budgets. Analysis of project documents and specifications Retail Concept SA, a civil construction company located in Leça do Balio, specializing in the construction and renovation of commercial, residential, and industrial spaces, is hiring a **Civil Construction Quantity Surveyor (M/F)** for its Budgeting Department. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Measurement of civil construction projects and quantification of construction works; \- Preparation of quantity take-off sheets and measurement reports; \- Support in preparing budgets and proposals; \- Analysis of project documents and specifications. **Requirements:** \- Relevant education in project measurement \- Technical\-professional course or Civil Engineering degree; \- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in civil construction project measurement; \- Good user-level computer skills, especially MS Office\- Excel; \- Proficiency in using and reading specialized software tools \- AutoCAD and MS Project; \- Sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and autonomy; \- Immediate availability; \- Residence in the Greater Porto area (preferred).
