Job Summary: Professional responsible for regulating, controlling, and preparing plastic injection processes, team coordination, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of continuous improvement suggestions **Responsibilities** \- Regulation and control of various plastic injection parameters to ensure proper operation of production equipment; \- Mold assembly/disassembly and related peripherals; \- Preparation of the injection process prior to production start-up; \- Coordination of shift/team according to priorities, ensuring production meets objectives; \- Evaluation of defects in injected parts and implementation of corrective actions; \- Ensuring execution of first-level maintenance on production equipment and molds; \- Promotion of continuous improvement suggestions within the injection area, implemented processes, tools used, and equipment. **Profile** \- Availability for the 00:00–08:00 shift; \- Experience in plastic injection; \- Experience in plastic injection mold changeovers; \- Intermediate and/or advanced tuning knowledge; \- Responsible, dynamic, motivated, diligent, and punctual professional; \- Communication, coordination, and leadership skills; \- Dexterity and agility in performing tasks. **Application:** Submit applications with CV and cover letter, referencing INJ\_PLAS\_26, to: rh@tensai.pt Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within one month; if you are not contacted, please note that, in compliance with data protection legislation, your data, cover letter, and CV will be deleted.
