We are looking for a responsible, attentive, and experienced **Elderly Care Assistant** to provide daily support to elderly individuals, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety. **Available Shifts** **Tuesday to Saturday** * Tuesday and Wednesday: 08:30 to 17:30 * Thursday and Friday: 08:30 to 13:00 **and** 18:00 to 21:30 * Saturday: 08:30 to 17:30 **or** **Monday to Friday** * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 08:30 to 13:00 **and** 18:00 to 21:30 * Thursday and Friday: 08:30 to 17:30 **or** **Night Shift Elderly Care Assistant** Monday to Friday **22:00 to 06:00** or **23:00 to 07:00** **Main Responsibilities:** * Accompanying and providing company to the elderly; * Assisting with personal hygiene and comfort care; * Supporting mobility and administering simple medication (if necessary); * Preparing meals and assisting with feeding; * Maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Providing emotional support and promoting overall well-being. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar roles (preferable); * Empathy and patience; * Responsibility, punctuality, and attendance; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail; * Availability for the indicated working hours. **Conditions:** * **Base Salary:** 870 € (experience and availability will be valued); * Meal Allowance or Free Meals Provided by the Company; * Employment contract with a stable and respectful environment; * Possibility of continuation based on performance. **Applications:** Send your **updated resume** and indicate your **preferred shift option** to target.centro@serlima.pt Job Type: Full-time
