Main responsibilities: Preparation of contract handover; Administrative and documentary control of the construction work; Scheduling and coordination of meetings (weekly and sectoral); Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on their approval; Verification of compliance with design specifications and good construction practices; Quality control of executed works; Analysis and validation of material approval requests; Monitoring of work schedules and financial planning; Verification of legal documentation from contractor and subcontractors; Work measurement and validation of measurement records; Daily photographic documentation of the construction site; Preparation of detailed monthly reports; Verification and validation of final drawings and technical compilation of the project; Preparation of Final Account and Price Review; Support during inspection and preparation of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate; Other duties inherent to supervision management, according to current legislation.
