Job Summary: upK is seeking a Multiskilled Worker to join its maintenance team in Leiria, responsible for general maintenance of buildings and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a solid and rapidly growing company upK, a Maintenance Management company, is seeking 1 Multiskilled Worker to join a maintenance team in Leiria. Main Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance tasks; Carry out preventive maintenance interventions according to established plans; Perform corrective maintenance actions on facilities and equipment; Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and those related to other technical specialties; Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions; Ensure proper operation of infrastructure and equipment. Requirements: Experience in maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings; Ability to analyze and diagnose faults; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork; Availability to work rotating shifts. We Offer: €935–€1100 gross/month, depending on experience and demonstrated competencies.
