Job Summary: The professional will manage the procurement process for electrical materials and equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery for projects and construction works. What We Look for in Candidates * Professional experience in Procurement, preferably in the electrical installations sector; * Knowledge of electrical materials, lighting, electrical panels, cabling, and related equipment; * Supplier negotiation and management skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Experience using PHC software (preferred); * Valid driver's license; * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and professional rigor; * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; * Results-oriented mindset and cost control awareness; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and initiative; * Team spirit and collaboration; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Responsibilities * Manage the procurement process for electrical materials and equipment for construction works and projects; * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations; * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor their fulfillment; * Ensure timely material supply to construction teams; * Conduct market research and identify new suppliers and products; * Monitor procurement costs and propose optimization solutions; * Monitor stock levels and support inventory management; * Verify conformity of received materials against technical specifications; * Maintain an updated database of suppliers, products, and prices; * Coordinate with Budgeting, Production, and Warehouse departments; * Prepare procurement reports and comparative analysis charts.
