Bidoeira de Cima - Leiria Responsibilities: Operating plastic injection machines; Tuning and adjusting production parameters under supervision or autonomously; Mold assembly and disassembly; Monitoring the production process and supporting resolution of minor anomalies; Ensuring quality of produced parts; Supporting achievement of production targets. Requirements: Prior experience in a plastic injection environment (mandatory or preferred); Practical knowledge of plastic injection machine tuning; Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team; Availability to work rotating 3-shift schedules; Operational profile with intermediate-level experience (not engineering or management roles).
