Manage resources and ensure goal achievement 3. Identify improvements and ensure their implementation The B&M Group is seeking to recruit a PRODUCTION DIRECTOR. This position reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for coordinating, managing, and optimizing the production process, ensuring compliance with targets, deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, manage, coordinate, and control all production activities * Manage resources (material and human) in accordance with planning * Monitor the production process and ensure achievement of targets and deadlines * Ensure compliance with product quality standards * Identify process improvements and ensure their implementation * Ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures Profile: * Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related field * Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in production management * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Excellent results-oriented and problem-solving skills * High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor If you are interested in this position and meet the above profile, please send your application to rh@grupobm.pt with the subject line ‘Production Director’.
