Good interpersonal relationships and autonomy in problem-solving We are currently hiring: DUMPER OPERATOR Project: Alcanena We aim to include new members in our construction teams. We have projects across the country, especially in the Alentejo region. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate and maneuver various types of industrial machinery for earthmoving tasks, including dams, scrapers, canals, irrigation networks, drainage systems, waterfalls, cleaning of watercourses, pond cleaning, construction/dam projects, land preparation and agriculture, land clearing, deforestation, grading with laser, earthworks, plowing, subsoiling, wind farms, mechanical demolition, material crushing, transportation routes, and forest roads. * Our fleet comprises over 60 pieces of equipment, including dumpers, trucks, rotary tillers, rollers, crushers, bulldozers, motor graders, front-end loaders, backhoes, vibratory rollers, vibratory plates, tractors, and others. REQUIREMENTS: * Dumper Operator License; * Experience in earthmoving; * Heavy Vehicle and Semi-Trailer Driving License (preferred); * Availability to travel nationwide; * Availability to work overtime; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Good interpersonal relationships; * Autonomy in problem-solving; CONDITIONS: * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role; * Health insurance; * Provision of a vehicle while on company business; * Immediate start; * Integration into a solid company with 25 years in the market; * Career progression.
