Job Summary: We are seeking a Dumper Operator to join our construction site teams, responsible for operating and maneuvering industrial machinery for earthmoving operations across various projects. Competitive remuneration conditions commensurate with the role We are hiring DUMPER OPERATOR Site: Alcanena We aim to onboard new members into our construction site teams. We have projects throughout the country, particularly in the Alentejo region. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\- Operate and maneuver various types of industrial machinery for earthmoving tasks, including but not limited to dams, scrapers, canals, irrigation networks, drainage systems, waterfalls, cleaning of waterways, cleaning of ponds, construction/dam projects, land preparation and agriculture, land clearing, deforestation, grading, earthworks, plowing, harrowing, wind farms, mechanical demolition, material crushing, communication routes, and forest roads.\- Our fleet comprises over 60 pieces of equipment, including dumpers, trucks, rotary spreaders, rollers, crushers, bulldozers, motor graders, front-end loaders, backhoe loaders, vibratory rammers, vibrating plates, tractors, and others. REQUIREMENTS:\- Dumper Operator license;\- Experience in earthmoving operations;\- Heavy vehicle and semi-trailer driving license (preferred qualification);\- Willingness to travel nationwide;\- Availability to work overtime;\- Flexibility regarding working hours;\- Strong interpersonal skills;\- Autonomy in problem-solving; CONDITIONS:\- Competitive remuneration conditions commensurate with the role;\- Health insurance;\- Company-provided vehicle while on duty;\- Immediate start;\- Integration into a solid company with 25 years of market presence;\- Career progression.
